The hotel offered a well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and enough space for our luggage. the location was perfect for our Christmas trip, we were near the town center and the ski slopes. the snow activities that we hired were great!
The heating system was not functioning properly, and the temperature was too low in our room. the shower water pressure was weak and the hot water didn't last long enough for our needs.

Our recent stay at a mountain hotel was a fantastic experience. the location was stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, making it ideal for treks and day trips. the cozy rooms were comfortable, with a well, functioning shower and beautiful balcony. Morning breakfast was hearty and delicious, leaving us energized for a day of outdoor activities. the on, site restaurant was a convenient and top, quality option for dinner, with a variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel could benefit from having multi, lingual staff to accommodate international guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I was impressed with how spacious they were. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with an on-site restaurant that made it convenient for me to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about driving around. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even when I was the only person in the restaurant one night. I greatly appreciated their attentiveness. Additionally, the hotel had an elevator for those who needed it, which was a nice touch. The location in the mountains provided a beautiful and serene setting for my stay.

The hotel is new, with clean and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was varied with plenty of options and included in the room rate. We also appreciated having a restaurant on-site, which made it easy to have a meal and drinks without having to leave the hotel. the location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area and the hotel provided parking on site.
The room temperature was a bit chilly, and the heating was not strong enough to warm it up. We also found that the wellness area was cold and would have preferred better heating.
